He represents clients in civil, commercial, and administrative proceedings before courts and administrative authorities. Through years of work on numerous sales transactions and legal matters related to the transfer, use, and management of real estate, he has gained significant experience in property law.
Also, he regularly advises individuals and legal entities in all stages of real estate transactions and other legal matters related to property, including obtaining permits, conducting legal due diligence, regulating property rights, and registering entries in the land registry.
He has served as counsel and coordinator of legal teams in litigation for leading Croatian banks, including civil and enforcement proceedings, as well as other legal matters in the field of banking and finance.
He is also a member of the Croatian Bar Association and is fluent in Croatian, English, and Spanish.
